"Magical Sanka" is an off-line party of Hatsune Miku fan, by Hatsune Miku fan, for Hatsune Miku fan!

[Final announcement]
· Please check Twipla contents and the participant list once again.
· The venue is in the hotel. Please follow instructions of the staff and make a line not to disturb other guests at the reception.
· This party is prepaid. Please pay the charge (5,000 JPY) at the reception. Please cooperate to have exact charge as possible.
· Please check your No. and reception(=受付) in advance in the following participant list.
· Please be sure to wear the name tag. It is a proof of payment.
· We will prepare a luggage space in the venue. If you have a large baggage such as a carry bag, please leave it here. However, we will not manage, so please keep the valuable to yourself.
· We will collect name tag case after finishing, please return it. (Can take inside name card)
· If you forget something, please contact to organizer. Please note that organizer do not inform lost baggage.
· Do not bring raw green onion and humidifier.

#2. Access to TwiPla page and log in by using your account you followed.
#3. Press the blue button "参加する"(=Join) on the bottom of map.
*NOT join to press green "興味あり"(=Interesting) or red "不参加"(=No Join) button.

OK! We will prepare a changing room. (Women only, Available time is about 18:30 to 22:30)

For men and those who don't use, please move outside secretly such as reserving hotel at the same place or arranging a taxi.
